Time limit

• Handcrafted: 5 to 7 working days

• Delivery Türkiye → France: 3 to 5 working days

• Shipping to customer: 2 to 3 working days in France / 4 to 7 days in the EU / 7 to 14 days internationally

The average time observed is 10 to 14 days for France.

Carriers

We work with reliable partners such as Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL or equivalent.

Each shipment is sent with a tracking number communicated by email upon dispatch.

• Metropolitan France: free from €50 of purchase

• European Union: from €6.90

• International: from €9.90

Packaging

All our jewelry is delivered in an Ella Nova box with a pouch and a thank you card.

We pay particular attention to the package opening experience, so that each reception is a truly emotional moment.

Since each piece of jewelry is made to order and personalized, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Special cases accepted

We guarantee the quality of our creations.

In case of:

• manufacturing defect,

• or error in personalization (for example incorrect engraving),

You will be offered a solution: new product, replacement or credit.
