As our jewelry is personalized and made to order, it cannot be returned or exchanged (article L221-28 of the Consumer Code).
In the event of a manufacturing defect or error in the personalization, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo: we will find a suitable solution (replacement or new creation).
